That is why we have developed the GirlBoss Awards - a nationwide search for trailblazing young women (aged 11–18) who are defying stereotypes and creating change in their communities. We're after inspiring young leaders, facilitators, role models, and innovators.

We have two award events: The Nationwide Awards and the Canterbury Awards. The Nationwide Awards are open to every young woman in New Zealand, while the Canterbury Awards are reserved for young women who reside in the wider Canterbury region. All Canterbury based applicants will be automatically entered into both Awards.
